- Wear regular comfortable clothes. The temperature in the salt cave is around 70 degrees (F). There is no steam or heat. All the benefits of the treatment come from the fine salt in the air.
- The salt cave fits up to 10 people and you might share your session with others, so please be respectful and quiet during the session.
