For over 50 years, HBI has advocated for the appreciation and preservation of properties that contribute to the heritage, culture, and spirit of Boulder. An area of interest and importance is the contribution of Modern architecture that took place in the period from 1935 to 1975. HBI has surveyed the city and environs to identify notable examples of this design approach that are easily visible to the public.
